Adorable Granddaughters

Well, it won't surprise you to hear I have adorable granddaughters. I don't imagine it will surprise you one bit I am including photos. Here is Cassie, hanging out with dad and I earlier this week. And here is some earrings made by her big sister, Athena and I. I went out to breakfast with my cousin Nick, then hung out at the casino for a bit with him. Paid my annual "dues." As a friend of mine who is a tribal member (as is my daughter-in-law), he says, "Thanks for paying into my retirement fund." Little does he know his retirement is going to be pretty darned puny at the rate I pay in.

I am resting this afternoon. There so many things I should be doing, but sometimes my back just needs some down time after a day like yesterday. I was called in to my office and spent several hours standing at the color copier and waiting on a variety of customers. My back was not happy when I got home. It is even less happy after slipping on some wet floor today. I didn't fall, but sometimes I think it is better if you do. Something is pulled in my back. OWWW!!!
