No, I haven't gone back to glassworking (lampwork made with a propane torch), or done much with my other arts, but I am thinking more about art and trying to get my house in shape to be able to work on jewelry more and get my brain back in painting mode.
My brain has also been cogitating on the idea of writing some sort of fiction piece based on some of the crazy things that have happened in my life. Maybe it has more to do with the fact I am now 61 and thinking more about past accomplishments (few and far between), and interesting things that have happened. I think my granddaughters and soon to arrive grandson might enjoy reading some of the things that have occurred, without naming names.

Take good care of our momma! |
He never wandered far from home. The biggest distance I had seen him go was about 1/2 block well after dark, I was sitting at my daughter's house chatting with her in the car, and he came looking to see what was holding up his dinner. He was the best boyfriend I ever had, and I have grieved him for several days. Today I find I am at peace with whatever the outcome will be. If he has gone off somewhere and died I know what joy he brought into my life and how loved and spoiled he was. If he has wandered away, and decides to return, I will of course welcome him with much love and more spoiling. I know he hated Sally being in his space, but he had also come to accept her as a part of our lives. He knew he had not left me alone, but with a new little love who will take care of me for him.
